This is not a retainer-for-access model. We engage on specific decisions, specific transitions, or specific periods of elevated uncertainty — and we stay until the client has what they need.

Geopolitical Analysis
Markets price geopolitical risk imperfectly. The lag between an event and its full absorption into asset prices — or the overshoot beyond rational expectation — is where Strategos operates.
Strategos is Dapemi's proprietary analytical engine. It processes the daily, weekly, and monthly stream of geopolitical developments across regions and event types, surfacing where market interpretation has lagged, overshot, or missed the signal entirely.
- Signal, not noise. Strategos distinguishes between geopolitical events that matter to capital allocation and those that do not — and explains why.
- Temporal structure. Analysis is organised across three horizons — daily inflection, weekly context, monthly trajectory — giving clients a layered picture rather than a single snapshot.
- Actionable framing. Output is written for decision-makers: what the gap is, what it implies, and what the range of outcomes looks like from here.
How we work
Engagements are scoped precisely before work begins. We do not sell time; we commit to outcomes. Every engagement has a named partner lead who is present throughout — not for the pitch and absent for the delivery.
We take a limited number of engagements at any time. If we cannot give a client the attention the work requires, we say so at the outset.
